Volunteering Goals

This is what I proposed to Kingfisher Lodge:

1. Gap analysis on current practices and those needed for Green Globe (which seems to have several "levels," the lowest of which Kingfisher might be able to attain right away).
2. After learning more about how Kingfisher operates, perhaps brainstorming on possible ecological improvement areas, in conjunction with item 1.
3. From the gap analysis, estimate what it would take to fill the gaps: time, cost, effort, etc. And helping prioritize them.
4. Creating a work plan for future work- for other volunteers, for
Massimo to implement, etc.

This is something else they need, but is out of scope for my time and skills there (need lots of time, language and naturalist skills):

Developing promotional materials regarding the flora and fauna of
the various tours offered.
